We specialize in the repair and restoration of Fender Rhodes pianos, Wurlitzer electric pianos, and Hohner Clavinets or Pianets.
From minor tune-ups to full rebuilds, Goldstate Electric Pianos can work within any budget to make your instrument shine.

HOUSE-CALLS, PICKUPS & DROP-OFFS
These instruments are heavy, and are not the easiest things to move around. So we come to you.
We offer house-call service, as well pickup and drop-offs for larger projects.
House-call service is limited to basic servicing and minor repairs, but for any larger projects, we will come and grab it from you. When it's completed, we will bring it back, set it up, and go over the work with you to make sure you're happy.

Travel fee: There is a $5/mi travel charge for house-calls and pickup/dropoff ($30 minimum, one-way)
LABOR RATE
Our labor rate is $150/hr, and all service has a minimum of 1 hour labor.
There’s generally a wait list here at the shop, so contact us soon to get your place in line. Rush fee is $150 fee per instrument + $200/hr labor rate.
The hours required varies greatly on what you're looking to achieve. There is probably a lot more potential in your instrument than you even realize, which can be brought out with the right work.
In general, you can expect:
Minor servicing and tuning will usually take 2-4 hours. This is for solutions to minor issues.
Repairs and rebuilds aimed at improving your instrument substantially can take anywhere from 6-12 or more hours, oftentimes dependent on how much electronic work is needed (e.g. Suitcase Rhodes vs. Stage Rhodes). This work guarantees a level of health and stability to your instrument that can't be accomplished otherwise.
